Pamela Frank is the former founder of an "INC 500 Fastest Growing Small Companies in 2007" company dedicated to providing solutions to meet government, commercial and nonprofit client needs.

 

Originally from Southern Maryland, Ms. Frank began her career in marketing, advertising and public relations.

 

In 1992, she began her journey in government contracting by providing Technical Management, Business Applications Consulting and Management, Financial Services Management and Business Services. In addition to these core competencies, Ms. Frank has been instrumental in steering the support of a Presidential Advisory Committee and leading the efforts of a Congressionally legislated Act program by instituting organizational change where production increases of 240%+ were achieved in the first 120 days.

 

Past performance includes providing Policy Analysis; Human Capital Process Improvement; Strategic Planning; Organizational Design; Government Procurement; Acquisition Policy and Implementation; Training Development and Grants Management; Internal Controls and Personal Property Management; Corporate Communications and Classified Material Control; and Program Management, Analysis and Systems Implementation Support for DOE, DOT, VA, DoD, and the Navy.

 

Ms. Frank led her company through the certified quality management process and became one of the first companies to become ISO 9001:2008 certified. She is a certified systems auditor.
