Description of Work Performed:
Vyalex provided the lead acquisition expert to manage all procurement / acquisition and contract management advisory and support activities under the contract. As acquisition lead, we provided strategic contract management support; acquisition support to contract vehicles (contracts, BPAs, and purchase or task orders), task order modifications, and planning, designed and prepared replacement vehicles; provided contract administration support such as assisting the Program Office in the administration of all existing contracts vehicles supporting the Program directly; provided assistance to the Contracting Officer’s Representatives (CORs) in tracking and monitoring deliverables, invoices, performance management measures, contract performance, and historical and current status of contracted efforts.
